PET POLICY
• Please know that we love all animals and they are welcomed at BHC with permission of the management and a prepayment one-time fee of $25 per animal over a year old.
• Please note that puppies less than one year require a $300 refundable deposit in lieu of damages. If no damages occur, then monies will be refunded accordingly up to 3 days after check out.
• Dogs and cats must never be left behind in the cabin while you are out unless they are in a locked kennel. If BHC staff happens upon a cabin wherein an animal is unkenneled, the owner will be called and asked to return to the cabin in order to kennel or remove the animal. 
• Dogs are not allowed on any furniture including beds and couches!
• Damage caused by your dog or cat and/or additional cleaning fees will be billed to the reserved card holder in an amount determined by management and relevant to the damage/cleaning.
• Dogs and cats should be walked in designated areas only. At present, the designated areas are those areas that have not been developed yet, and you may use these areas, or follow the trail to the National Forest. Please be respectful of our other guests when allowing your pet to relieve themselves. Do not allow your animal to do its business in developed areas including driveways, recreation areas or closely around cabins.
• Excessive barking is not allowed. If your dog is a barker and left on the grounds unattended, we will call and request the owner return and tend to the dog!
